Elizabeth is a Chula Vista native who grew up in a Western medicine family, yet felt powerfully drawn to traditional Chinese Medicine for its holistic approach to supporting the mind, body, and spirit. Her empathic presence and welcoming energy help patients feel seen, supported, and ready to heal from the moment they arrive.
With 18 years of experience, Elizabeth has guided patients of all ages toward greater balance and vitality, with a dedicated focus on women’s health and perinatal care. She partners closely with IVF clinics to support patients throughout their fertility journeys, offering integrative care that complements reproductive medicine. Elizabeth is also passionate about expanding access to Chinese medicine in underserved communities, and her ability to speak Spanish allows her to connect with and care for a broader range of patients. In addition to her clinical work, she helps run the annual Perinatal Acupuncture Conference, contributing to the advancement of education and excellence in the field. At the heart of her work is her devotion to women’s wellness, blending compassion with an integrative medicine approach to help women thrive through every stage of life.
